Delivery Issues: If the customer is not present at the specified address, an attempt will be made to deliver to a family member or another person at the same location. If delivery is impossible, a notification will be left to coordinate delivery in the following days.
Upon receiving the package, it is necessary to: Verify the conformity of the merchandise at the time of delivery. Report any anomalies in the purchase order, detailing your observations and signing.
If it is necessary to return items, a return request must be submitted within seven days from delivery. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
