Senfina urns are handcrafted from beeswax. Due to the peculiarities of the raw material, the urns may have slight differences in color and shape from each other. We believe that these small variations are part of their unique charm.

In the event that you receive your Senfina urn, or any of its accessories, with significant manufacturing damage or defects, please contact us to arrange for a product replacement.

DO NOT expose the urn to direct sunlight or temperatures exceeding 100°F.

Senfina is not responsible for damages and breakages to the product resulting from mishandling by the user and/or ignoring the warnings about caring for or preserving the urn described in this brochure.

The germination and/or growth of the chosen seed or plant cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we suggest seeking expert advice to choose the most suitable species for the area and climate where the urn will be planted.

How can I prepare a memorial for my beloved pet?

The Senfina urn includes a candle with a gentle aroma and a beautiful box that you can turn into a memory chest.

To honor the memory of your beloved pet, light the candle during the burial ceremony; or choose a corner of your home that you like. In the box, you can store your pet’s collar, favorite toys, and cherished photos.

The candle will add a special light to that intimate moment while the chest with its memories will celebrate the joyful life and unconditional love that your dear friend gave you.

WARNING – Candle Safety > NEVER leave a burning candle unattended. Burn the candle out of the reach of children and pets. DO NOT light the candle on or near objects that may catch fire. Avoid drafts and excessive vibrations. Place the candle only on a heat-resistant surface. Ensure the wick is upright and centered before lighting the candle. DO NOT let the flame touch any glass. Be careful when handling the container where you place the candle as it may heat up during use.

In case of fire, DO NOT extinguish the flame with water as it may cause hot wax to splash. DO NOT try to move the candle. Smother the flame with a lid or metal tray until it is completely extinguished. You can also use a chemical fire extinguisher for small to medium household fires. Call 911 for help.

What plant or tree should I plant?

Due to the differences in climate and soil types in different geographic areas of the United States, as well as regulations on seed shipping between different states, the Senfina urn does not include soil mix or seeds.
